No its out of Perth in the Avon Valley, quite often you see a half dozen balloons every morning. I've been up five times now, you should give it a go if you haven't already.

Beautiful photo, the light morning fog in the valleys together with the light "skimming" over the hills and settling on the balloon give the photo a great atmosphere - full of hope and the sense of something beginning (at least to me :) )
